hi joe.
the swift with 2 motors is in fact a stock 3 cylinder turbo with a whole front end of another stock t3 in the back, which means that he has 4 wheel steering. the rear steering is controlled by a power window electric motor if i remember. he can either use the front motor, the rear one or both at the same time. it's a pretty cool car.
I think the cluster with the 220km/h speedo is in ST4N-401's black GTi, am i right? it comes from japan.
