i bought the car from jon at this thread; memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=916

he pmed me at another site (teamswift -- i am sure you know that site)... see http://teamswift.net/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=48657 especially see 2 pages about the car situation ...

he was planning to suprise me at bc but the car is broek down at somwhere in calargy area... so he said the turbo needs about 5 to 8 days to be repairing at the shop... and should arrive at my place at sept 25...

oddly, i never heard from him... i already give him my cellphone (i should ask for cellphone too)...


anyway... i want to ask if anyone knows him or has his cellphone... if you didn't wish to tell me then thats okay... can you please just inform him to send a text to me...

no i am not frustrated... just wonder... because he is not online since sept 15... and i need the update about the car..

Salut je men vais chercher un Swift 1.3 DOHC Turbo en fin de semaine et le gars me dit quil perd environ 0.5 Litres dhuile par semaine quand il boost, et il me dit quand mettant une catch can ca va arreter de perdre de lhuile...Me semble que dhabitude une catch can cest pas pour ramasser lhuile mais bon... Il me dit que la compression est a 160 sur tous les cylindres,que le moteur boucane pas et il coule pas...Cest tu vrai ? Merci de vos infos

anyway... guy pm me to explain everything because he didn't understand...

jon post threat at teamswift... i sent EMT three time and it didn't get through... after a week, finally i sent money of 1200cdn into jon's account...

he replaced window and relocation the battery location as i asked.

a few weeks ago... he asked for another 500cdn for trip purpose like what if the car is broken down...

he seems not online after sept 10 (according to his profile at teamswift and here)...

later... on sept 15, i got a pm from jon about car is broken down due to turbo blew... he said it costs 700cdn to rebuild (at his expense) and 500cdn to stay at motel for a week because the repair at shop will take up to 8 days or so.... and he also asked for more money to cover everything...

i accepted to send another 1000cdn as the car is completely mine... and already give him some assitance such as used turbo from the guy at alberta...


then i am still waiting for him... he never check my pm or emails...


thats whole story if you dont understand at teamswift...


edit: i only want to know whats happening to the car... i dont know if he is still stuck at calargy area... thats why i asked for cellphone number so i can text him or call him...

ok... called that phone number and its not belong to jon... it must be jon's friend....

he answered and thought i was jon and said the car is outside his house... then i asked where and he knew it was me and pretended not to speak english and hung up.

Tried calling him and he wont answer anymore

so what is next? can anybody please help me to talk to him... (simply sell the car to me... i will drive the car from quebec to vancouver... of course i will not pay anything... if he refused then oh well... get my money back)

i only need to get VIN of the car... if anyone can talk to swift99 ( memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=27) and ask for vin... it can be obtain from old car register paper...

tomorrow or wednesday, i will see with banks and RCMP... (VIN information still would be help tho)
